  • Alex Corckran - CEO

    Alex has owned and operated a variety of manufacturing, distribution, and technology companies throughout his career. His passion for manufacturing, operational excellence and the application of new technology led to the formation of Precision Cobotics with the goal of developing and implementing cost effective automation solutions for US based manufacturers. Alex resides in Annapolis Maryland with his wife, and their three children. The family enjoys leisure time boating on the Chesapeake Bay.

  • John M. Bridgen - President

    John has had a passion for manufacturing and automation ever since his experience as an operator in the packaging department at M&M/Mars in 1997. After graduating with honors in computer and electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, he has enjoyed a 25-year career in automation with roles in engineering, sales, marketing and organizational leadership. In his current role he is able to fill his true passion for relentless continuous improvement for the benefit of our valued suppliers, customers and co-workers. With his free time, he adores his 3 kids and wife of 20 years and attempts to sneak out to the track for Autocross and HDPE events.

  • Joshua Horvath - Business Advisor

    After spending 20 years in various roles in large multinational organizations, Josh is using his experience to lead and grow PrecisionForm, Inc. Josh worked with Alex to start-up Precision Cobotics and maintains a close working relationship with the team to provide strategic business development guidance and infrastructure support. Josh has his masters degree in Mechanical engineering and still loves to dive deep into projects to solve problems and discover and learn about new technology. Josh enjoys time spent with his wife and three children and is an avid Formula 1 fan.

  • Lee Tarter - Automation Engineer

    Lee has been building, taking apart, and finagling with toys, cars, and machines for his whole life. He graduated from Millersville University with honors with an engineering degree concentrated in automation and control systems. He interned with PrecisionForm then was hired upon graduation to work for Precision Cobotics. In his current role he designs, tests, builds, and deploys automation systems to the companies’ valued customers. Lee has always enjoyed helping people and sees this career as a way to help companies in need due to the challenging and ever evolving work environment this world presents to manufacturing.

  • Mitch Schlegel - Automation Sales Engineer

    Mitch brings 7+ years of robotics and automation experience to the team and is looking forward to sharing that experience with co-workers and customers alike.  Prior to joining Precision Cobotics, Mitch spent his years as an applications engineer specializing in technical support, training, and programming around emerging technologies in the robotics space.  Mitch enjoys being part of the customers journey to success and participating in the problem-solving process of deploying automation solutions into manufacturing.  A graduate of Elizabethtown College with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he was a collegiate runner both as a sprinter and long-distance runner. He is still an avid runner and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and two dogs.

  • Matt Paioletti - Automation Sales Engineer

    Matt brings more than 25 years of manufacturing and automation experience to the Precision Cobotics team. His career is rooted in hands-on technical expertise, with deep capability in machine design, robotics, motion control, machine vision, and PLC programming. Throughout his career, he has led the development of new production lines and enhanced existing systems to improve quality, ergonomics, and throughput for a wide range of manufacturing environments.  Before joining Precision Cobotics, Matt served as a Product Manager supporting customers across the automotive, pharmaceutical, and general manufacturing sectors—helping both global manufacturers and small, growing companies adopt automation with confidence.  Driven by a passion for solving complex problems and empowering others through technology, Matt is excited to contribute to Precision Cobotics mission of making automation more accessible.  When he’s not designing or optimizing automation solutions, Matt enjoys spending time with his kids and grand-kids or biking through the hills of Pittsburgh. 

  • Joshua Greineder - Automation Engineer

    Joshua is an Automation Engineer at Precision Cobotics, specializing in AI integration, software-driven robotics, PLCs, machine vision, industrial communications, and motion control. A Millersville University graduate in Automation & Robotic Engineering Technology with a minor in Computer Science, he leverages a strong technical foundation to design, program, and deploy intelligent automation systems. Josh’s journey in robotics began in his teens and has grown into a career defined by hands-on problem solving and a collaborative, knowledge-sharing mindset. He’s passionate about driving innovation and delivering tailored solutions that advance industrial automation.

  • Nathan Glick - Automation Engineer

    Nathan’s interest in optimizing processes began at a young age doing chores on the family farm. Drawing inspiration from his father's career as a machine builder, Nathan advanced into a design role at a farm equipment manufacturing company. After six years there, his desire for adventure led him to convert a school bus into an RV, move to Colorado, and work on a fishing boat in Alaska for a summer. He moved back to Pennsylvania to help his father and brother run their business building custom machines. He has since completed a degree in mechanical engineering technology and joined the team at Precision Cobotics to pursue his interest in cutting edge automation technologies. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar with friends, cooking and traveling to new places, especially when there is surfing involved.

  • Jacob Garcia - Automation Engineering Technician

    Jacob is a graduate of Millersville University with a major in Automation and Robotics Engineering Technology and minoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. He joins our team after having worked with PCI in the Robotics Worx program. Jacob is bringing proven skills ranging from hardware builds to PLC programming and 3D modeling. His extensive experience in tutoring STEM subjects to college students attests to his love of sharing his knowledge and skills to help others learn and grow. His diligence and commitment to excellence will help him be a contributing member of the Precision Cobotics Team.

  • Dennis Nguyen - Automation Service Engineer

    Dennis is a senior at Millersville University majoring in Automation & Intelligent Robotics Engineering Technology, and Mathematics. With eight years of experience working various roles in high school and college robotics teams, Dennis has acquired a host of skills ranging from manufacturing to programming. He is particularly fond of designing models in CAD software. He is currently the programming lead for the Millersville Mobile Robotics Research Team. Dennis prides himself on his rigorous attention to detail and persistence to surpass expectations. Ultimately, he wishes to grow and apply his skills to become a core member of the team at Precision Cobotics.

  • Rob Johannesson - Sr. Automation Engineer

    Rob brings 30+ years of experience designing and building custom automated solutions in a variety of industries. His broad skill set includes Machine Design, Motion Control, Robotics, Industrial Control Systems, and Injection molding. Rob is also the inventor on several patents for medical devices. A University of Michigan graduate, Rob has excelled in his roles as Project Manager, Principle Engineer, Technical Director, Department Manager, and most recently as owner of a small design and consulting firm. Rob is excited to share his passion for automation with the Precision Cobotics team. 

  • Tim Phagan - Sr. Automation Engineer

    Tim brings 13 years of experience in electrical and controls from industrial manufacturing to escape rooms to full-scale chemical production.  One of Tim's driving goals in life is to build just about anything, and his skill set reflects that ambition. With expertise in electrical engineering, mechatronics, controls, PLCs, microcontrollers, 3D modeling, and fabrication, Tim is a well-rounded designer and integrator who thrives on bringing dreams and projects to life. Tim Phagan launched his own company, Omniphase Automation Inc., and is excited to collaborate with the team at Precision Cobotics.

  • Ermias Wogari - Automation Engineer

    Ermias is a recent graduate from Millersville University with a degree in Automation & Intelligent Robotics Engineering Technology. He brings his enthusiasm for coding and a keen interest in intricate problem-solving to his role at Precision Cobotics. Ermias will be guiding the students at the Solutions Lab and liasing with the Precision Cobotics Staff for ongoing initiatives. His dedication to excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction will play an integral role in creating productive project outcomes and an engaging environment in the Solutions Lab.

  • Quinn Foura - Automation Intern

    Quinn’s passion and excitement for automation, robotic and manufacturing was ignited during his time as an intern at the Robotic WorX program during his senior year at Hempfield High School.  Quinn is excited to continue that experience as a summer intern with Precision Cobotics to gain experience with mechanical engineering and other related fields to automation systems.  While the long term goal is to attend a 4 year college, he is excited to extend this internship into a registered Apprenticeship experience in the fall.  Some of his hobbies include, 3D printing, welding, and 3D modeling/animation.

  • Henry Gallagher, Automation Engineering Technician

    Henry is a recent graduate from Temple University and has joined PCI through Lancaster County’s Workforce Development program.  He intends on using his experience in mechanical builds, 3D modeling, and manufacturing technologies to further automation projects at PCI.  In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, 3D printing, and cycling.

  • Samuel Woltman – Automation Engineering Intern

    Samuel Woltman is currently working on an Automation/robotics Engineering major with a computer science minor at Millersville university. He has previously worked on different projects with Saxion University & the Frauenhofer innovation platform whilst studying abroad in the Netherlands. He has always enjoyed engineering, mathematics, and trying to understand machine processes. Sam is excited to see what the future holds for him and is happy to share his own experiences with others around him.

  • Lillia Alvarez, Automation Engineering Intern

    Lillia is currently pursuing a degree in Robotics Engineering at the University of Michigan. She has been interested in STEM from a young age, and her participation in science competitions throughout high school solidified her passion for engineering. At Michigan, she continues to explore robotics through coursework and student organizations, approaching each new challenge with enthusiasm. Lillia is looking forward to gaining more engineering experience as an intern at Precision Cobotics over this summer. In her free time, she likes to play guitar, explore many art forms, and spend time outdoors.

  • Keaton Musser - Software Engineering Intern

    Keaton is pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Delaware. From a young age, he knew he wanted to go into engineering because of his interest in LEGOs and curiosity about how the world works.  At Delaware, he continues to expand his knowledge of engineering through coursework and interactions with experienced peers. He is excited to learn more about the automation industry and to further develop his coding skills. In his free time, Keaton enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, and spending time outdoors.

  • Andrew Friedlund – Automation Educator & Industry Intern

    Andy is an instructor in the Electro-Mechanical Technology program at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and an adjunct professor at Millersville University. Andy likes to sharpen his technical skills in the summer by working on projects with us. Andrew is a husband and a father of four. He enjoys outdoor activities with his free time.  

  • Juvaghn Blake – Automation Engineering Intern

    Juvaughn is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Liberty University. His interest in building and understanding how things work began at a young age, shaping his passion for engineering. At Liberty, he continues to deepen his knowledge of mechanical systems and the detailed processes behind engineering design. He is committed to continuous growth, learning, and developing his skills both through hands-on experience and personal development.

  • Hecmarys Cintron – Automation Engineering Intern

    Hecmarys is a Junior at Millersville University majoring in Automotive and Robotics Engineering Technology and minoring in computer science. She is a part of the Millersville University Robotics team. She has had a passion for robotics for years ever since she started taking these types of classes in high school. She took a tour to Millersville University and the Robotics WorX program in high school which lead her to be very interested in it. She ended up doing an internship at Robotics WorX her senior year of high school. Hecmarys loved her time interning at Robotics WorX program and she has always loved teaching other students about robotics which lead her back to the Robotics WorX Program.

  • Gavin Boland – Software Engineering Intern

    Gavin Boland is a student at Millersville University, dual majoring in Computer Science and Automation & Robotics Engineering. As a member of the Millersville NCAA wrestling team, Gavin brings the same discipline and drive to his academic and extracurricular pursuits. Beyond wrestling and coursework, he serves as a SAAC representative and is an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes on campus. A Penn Manor graduate, Gavin enjoys lifting, cooking, and learning new skills. He looks forward to growing his own abilities while supporting those around him, striving toward the same goals, particularly through his work with Precision Cobotics and the Robotic WorX program.

  • Ben Weaver – Automation Engineering Intern

    Ben is currently enrolled at Millersville University, dual majoring Automation & Robotics Engineering Technology and Computer Science. Since high school, he has been involved in the world of electronics. From digital to physical, he has been able to learn a vast amount of skills working alongside his high school teachers on programming a Fanuc Robotic Arm. Now in college, he is excited to apply what he’s learned to the Robots at the Millersville Solutions Lab and learn the software of other brands to assist in solving any problem related to the Robots.

  • Luke Higgins – Automation Engineering Intern

    Luke is a fourth-year student at Millersville University, majoring in Automation and Robotics Engineering Technology. He was originally more interested in media, web development and video editing, but was introduced to robotics in his junior year of high school as part of an extra activity when the general engineering course had run out of content to teach before the last week of school; he took the lead and by the end of the week long activity, his team’s marble sorting robot was the only contraption in the class that worked. In his final year of high school, Luke participated in an elective course which primarily focused on programming Lego EV3 robots, and his high school teacher later recommended Millersville University and their robotics program, leading to today. Since then, Luke has acquired skills during his time as a Millersville Student in the robotics major, and is eager to learn, collaborate, build and innovate.

  • Matthew Stromberg - CFO

    Matt oversees the accounting and finance function for Precision Cobotics. His deep understanding of US GAAP and tax law requirements offer a basis for fundamental compliance and innovative financial reporting. Prior to becoming a CPA, Matt sharpened his skills in public accounting and earned his masters degree in accounting & business advisory services. Outside of work, Matt enjoys time with his wife and 3 daughters and coaches their youth club lacrosse teams.
