Robotic WorX is a hands-on, industry-aligned program designed to spark student interest in robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing careers.

By connecting high school and college students with real-world automation technologies and manufacturing challenges, Robotic WorX builds critical technical experiences, fosters career exploration, and strengthens the pipeline of future-ready talent.

The program helps address pressing workforce and process challenges by developing proof-of-concept solutions through collaboration with the next generation of skilled, agile problem-solvers who will lead in an increasingly automated world.
